Hypnosis is a powerful method of deep relaxation and focused awareness that gives you the ability to bypass the criticizing part of your conscious mind and enables you to access the subconscious reasons for your behaviors, habits, or symptoms. How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis works by getting to the root of a problem or challenge and once the roots are exposed and acknowledged, the problem or challenge can be overcome. Why hypnosis works

When we look at the issues we struggle with in our everyday lives, they often can be traced to a prior trauma. We are forward moving beings, we wish to expand, we want growth. When we experience something for which we have no resolution, we can become stuck and unable to move forward beyond the experience. This manifests in our behavior in the form of fears, phobias, and undesirable habits. It causes us to vibrate at a frequency that the life we are attracting to us is less than what we would wish for ourselves. Even illnesses can be traced back to a traumatic event as well. There is not a person on earth who has not met with some kind of trauma in their past. Even being weaned from the breast can be traumatic.

When we experience trauma, which impacts the whole system on a physical and emotional level, we must find a way to integrate that experience so that we can move forward past the experience. But if we are unable to, and we give it painful meaning, it functions like a skipping CD. It drags us back. So, we end up with triggers. A trigger is our past calling us back to try to find resolution. Everyone has these triggers. We hold these vibrations within us and the law of attraction is still responding to them. Our current triggers end up being a reflection of an original trauma. So most of us are dealing with numerous unresolved issues. Hypnotherapy allows us to bypass the conscious mind, go back into the subconscious mind, find the original traumatizing event, and find resolution with it, thus unsticking that CD so it can now play forward properly.
